Dirt Poor Designs – Refund & Return Policy

At Dirt Poor Designs, every item is handmade with care, snark, and a whole lot of grit. Because many of our products are custom made, we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund and return policy.


📦 Custom & Personalized Orders

Because these items are made specifically for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Custom designs
  • Personalized names, dates, or colors
  • “Made-to-order” products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.


📦 Ready-Made / Non-Custom Items

For non-custom products, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • You cover return shipping unless the error is on our end.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on the issue. We always fix mistakes that are ours — no questions asked.


📦 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not started.
Custom or rush items cannot be canceled once work has begun.


📦 Digital Products

All digital downloads and files are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.


📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
We will always help you file a claim if needed.
