At Dirt Poor Designs, every product is handmade with care, which means shipping times can vary depending on order volume and customization. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your items ship.
📦 Processing Time
Because most of our items are made-to-order, please allow:

3–7 business days for standard processing

7–14 business days for custom or personalized orders

Peak seasons (holidays, major sales): processing may extend slightly due to order volume
If you need a rush order, please contact us before purchasing to see if we can make it happen.
📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship primarily through:

USPS (First Class, Priority Mail)

UPS or FedEx for larger or heavier items
Delivery times vary by carrier and location, but typically range from 2–7 business days once shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can stalk your package in peace.
📦 Local Pickup (Optional)
If you offer this—add this section:
Local pickup may be available upon request. We will email you to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once orders are handed off to USPS/UPS/FedEx, delivery is out of our control.
We are not responsible for:

Delayed delivery by the carrier

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Lost or stolen packages
If this happens, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
📦 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
📦 Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Include photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work quickly to repair, replace, or refund as needed
We always fix our mistakes.
📦 International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
